Application | 3-(trifluoromethyl) pyrazole is an organic intermediate that can be used in laboratory research and development processes and chemical production processes. It can be used in 2,2,4-trichloro-1, 1, 1-trifluorobutyl n-butyl ether and hydrazine hydrate are cyclically prepared. |
prepare | under the condition of 20 ℃, 7.2g(0.025mol)2,2,4-trichloro -1,1,1-trifluorobutyl n-butyl ether, 21.0g acetic acid (20mL) and 5g water (5mL) are put into a 50mL three-mouth flask, slowly add 7.0g 85% hydrazine hydrate solution (0.12mol) under stirring for 5 minutes, and then keep it at room temperature for 1 hour. Acetic acid was recovered by distillation, the remaining product was washed with water, dried, and then recrystallized with petroleum ether to obtain 3.0g 3-(trifluoromethyl)-1-H-pyrazole with a yield of 88%. |
